What are your shipping fees?
All stickers ship free, and all other orders are a flat rate $5 shipping fee. Orders of $75+ receive free shipping with the code FREESHIPPING at checkout.
Stickers are shipped free of charge via USPS First Class. If you are buying other items, stickers may ship with the other items in your order.
Art prints are shipped with special attention and care. Art prints qualify for the $5 flat rate shipping fee per order, although the print may ship separately from other items if the other items might damage the print during shipping.
How long does it take for processing and shipping my order?
Orders are processed and shipped to you between 1-2 business days, unless there is a deferred shipping time noted on the website. For example, sometimes I take a vacation and may post on the website that shipment will be delayed until the date of my return.
We ship using USPS, which can take up to 14 days for delivery depending on where you live in relation to Maryland, the headquarters location for 11:11 by KJ.
My order is damaged! What do I do?
If you receive your order and discover that something is damaged, please reach out to me at kj@1111bykj.com and I’ll make it right.
My order is lost in the mail! What do I do?
I will happily replace or refund you at my cost as long as the address you provided was correct.
Oops, I provided the wrong address. What do I do?
If your order has not shipped, just email me at kj@1111bykj.com so I can make that change! If it’s already left and/or has been returned to me, I ask that you cover reshipping.
I need to make a return or exchange. What do I do?
I want you to be delighted with the item(s) that you purchased. If it isn’t what you expected or you would simply like to make a return, I accept returns of items within 10 days of the delivery of your item(s) for a full refund. But before you send anything back, please contact me at kj@1111bykj.com so I can find the best solution (for example, sometimes it’s not necessary to send an item back).
You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original conditions, you are responsible for any loss in value. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, like digital products.
What do I do if I receive the wrong item?
Oops! I am sorry! Please email me at kj@1111bykj.com and I will send you the correct item(s).
Are the marks on my print normal?
Yes, this can be completely normal! My artwork frequently features brush textures and “distress" that are intentional and part of my style. If you see marks that you think are not part of the artwork, please reach out to me at kj@1111bykj.com and I’ll help make it right.
